Country's wanting to scan every text message.

Recently, countries have been trying to enforce laws that would scan your videos, messages, and images. While most of these efforts have failed, we continue to see them being debated in parliaments. We believe this will enable mass surveillance and deliver a major blow to privacy. We do not think the government should be doing the job of parenting, child safety settings already exist on phones and consoles, and parents should use them.

As for what you can do, we recommend using PGP encryption for all your messages. If done correctly, the government will not be able to read them; they will only see a long encrypted string. We must keep fighting in order to protect our privacy.
